Nebraska Secretary of State: The assets of the corporation = $24.144 million in 2006-2007    and during 2009 the assets increased to $100 million (unaudited) based on issued Patents, Sales and Assets of the corporation.    

12,000 shares were on Aug 2005 is $9,250 / share on private par  (Stock were issued from Founder to the shareholders and Founder invested back into the company.  All the discounted share price had been adjusted according to number shares issued under "C" corporation statue of the State of Nebraska.  Subsidiary company assets not included).  - increase in share value occurred due to issue of meningitis patent and consistence sale revenues 2007,2008 and 2009.

EXIT STRATEGY 

 It is our intent to become a buy-out target in the industry by focusing our competitors’ eyes on our advances. We will give the investor option to sellback his/her shares at 130% value of the original investment after 36 months if they choose to. This number can be recalculated if a potential investor deems it necessary to complete his/her investment into the company.
